We haven’t really decided it yet, but for now you will only be able to create a blog if you already have an approved member account with our literary portal at www.agonia.net, with it’s sister sites at www.agonia.ro and www.poezie.ro

So, just use your username and password that you normally use on any of the international versions of www.agonia.net and only after you login try to create a new blog. Or more.
